I am Mufaro Nyachoto, and I started Nyac Consulting after 15+ years inside healthcare and higher education organizations — watching capable teams get blamed for problems that were never theirs to fix. The EHR rollout that keeps slipping. The PMO nobody trusts. The transformation that stalls the moment the consultant's contract ends. Almost every time, the diagnosis was wrong. The team wasn't the problem. The structure underneath them — the governance, the ownership, the decision rights — was.

That's the lens I bring to every engagement: business analysis as a leadership discipline, not a documentation exercise. My ELEVATE Framework is how I turn that lens into a repeatable process — diagnosing what's actually breaking down, redesigning the structure around it, and coaching your team through the change so it survives after I'm gone.

 I don't hand you a slide deck and disappear. I stay through the part where new structures either take hold or quietly revert, because that's the part most engagements skip.

None of that matters if the work doesn't hold — it's just the reason organizations trust me to be in the room while they find out.
